Virtual Train the Trainer

Time: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. EDT

ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) Train the Trainer workshop is structured to help train and certify cleaning professionals, so they can successfully implement training for their operation. It is a great way to begin effective and high-quality training.

The virtual course utilizes the CMI Custodial Technician Basic and Advanced level certification courses as a foundation for the technical skills being implemented. Each day of Train the Trainer will include in-depth discussions and group activities featuring one of CMI’s Master Trainers.

A rough agenda for Train the Trainer will provide you a basic understanding of what will be covered. Each category is drilled down in depth with a strong focus on the implementation of a proper training program for your staff.

Each day, participant will create presentations based on their specific module. It will be the participant’s responsibility to develop a presentation utilizing CMI’s content and deliver the message to the rest of the class. After the workshop concludes, each attendee will receive access to take the final online exam to be completed within a 60-day time frame. The passing grade per module is 80 percent. Along with the technical skills, each day our Master Trainer will continually cover adult learning styles and presentation techniques.

Final stages:

1. Review/Recap
2. How to implement a proper training program
3. Setting goals to implement a training program

A final online exam will be taken after class has concluded to receive your Certified Professional Trainer (CPT) certification.
