    The CMI Hard Floor Care Certification Workshop, hosted at Sunbelt Rentals, is designed to provide an in-depth overview of hard floor care, current standards, and the latest efficient cleaning methods while addressing safety concerns and asset protection issues.

CIMS is an international industry certification for service contractors and in-house cleaning organizations that want to validate their cleaning service through an independent third-party assessment. It implements quality-driven management that strive to maintain hygienic environments for the benefit of their building occupants. Training to become an ISSA CIMS Certification Experts (C.C.E.) positions you to be an indispensable resource as you support your CIMS Certification.

Through this intensive deep-dive into CIMS, you will gain essential knowledge and expertise as you explore the six pillars of CIMS:

  1. Quality Systems
  2. Service Delivery
  3. Human Resources
  4. Health, Safety and Environment
  5. Management Principles
  6. Green Cleaning Practices

The LIVE virtual course will be from 10 am to 4 pm ET.

After the course concludes, each attendee will receive access to take the final online exam to be completed within a 60-day time frame. The passing grade per module is 80%.

A final online exam will be taken after class has concluded to receive your CIMS Expert (C.C.E.) certification.

Please note: CCE certification is valid for two years. Individuals renewing their certification receive special rate of $599 for ISSA members and $999 for nonmembers. Please log into your MyISSA account to access the special rate.
