This ISSA Hygieia Network conference will provide tips for managing your career that include training, education, negotiation tips and skills that will help female professionals advance in their careers.

    Kimberly Morgan
    Senior Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, GOJO Industries

    Kimberly Morgan joined GOJO Industries in March 2021 in the newly-created role of Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Kimberly is responsible for advancing the collective understanding of DEI, developing GOJO team members, optimizing internal GOJO processes, and addressing systemic inhibitors. Together, these efforts will result in a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive GOJO where every GOJO team member is provided equal access and opportunity for belonging, advancement, and success. In addition, she is responsible for GOJO’s DEI engagement in the broader community on DEI topics.

    Kimberly brings to GOJO eighteen years of DEI-related experience, including the leadership positions of Director, Diversity and Leadership, Business Growth for USA Track and Field (USATF) and Director of Diversity and Inclusion for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Kimberly holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Baylor University and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Global Leadership – Organizational Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology. She previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Training and Development at Martin University.

    Kimberly and her husband Lee currently reside in Indiana but will be relocating to the greater Akron area. She is a self-described “foodie” who loves to travel and experience new cultures and cuisines. Kimberly is actively involved in many community endeavors including The Circle City (IN) Chapter of the Links, Inc., and her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where she serves as President of the foundation Ivy Endowment, Inc. As a former collegiate student-athlete, Kimberly held the Baylor University 100m-hurdle record for 15 years!

  • Linda Silverman

    Linda Silverman began her career as a sales consultant at Maintex in 1978. She subsequently served in other management positions until 2010 when she assumed the role of president. Linda, her brother Stu Silverman and nephew Danny Silverman own the company which is a chemical manufacturer/ JanSan distributor located in Southern California. Linda currently serves as Executive Chairwoman of Maintex.

    Linda has been very involved in the cleaning industry serving on numerous local and international boards in a variety of capacities.  She began her active participation at ISSA as a District Director prior to becoming the second women to serve as ISSA President and International Director in 2000.

    Linda was a two-term board member and secretary of the ISSA Foundation, the charitable organization affiliated with ISSA which has become ISSA Charities. Today, Linda is an ISSA Charities Board member. 

    In 2016, Linda became a founding Hygieia Network Council member. In 2020-2022 she served as co-chair.

    In addition to industry association activities, Linda is a board member of several community organizations.

    She received her B.S. in Psychology from UCLA in 1975.
