    Dr. Jackie Stavros
    Keynote Speaker

    Jacqueline (Jackie) Stavros, DM passion is working with others to create purpose and meaningful results for positive change. She is distinguished professor in the College of Business and Information Technology at Lawrence Technological University and a management consultant and author. She inspires her students with lifework not just homework. She was honored as one of the Top 10 Inspiring Women in 2025 by MSN.com, a recognition celebrating women whose courage, vision, and impact are reshaping leadership and creating lasting change across the globe. She was also named one of the Top 10 Authors and Speakers Transforming How People Think in 2025 by Digital Journal spotlighting thought leaders voices making an impact on the way people think and live more meaningfully.

    Jackie has co-authored many articles and books with two recent: Conversations Worth Having: Using Appreciative Inquiry to Fuel Productive and Meaningful Engagement (www.cwh.today) and Learning to SOAR: Creating Strategy that Inspires Innovation and Engagement. She is recognized for her creation of SOAR, a positive approach to strategic thinking, planning, conversations, and leading (www.soar-strategy.com). She has worked across all sectors and in over 25 countries using Appreciative Inquiry (AI) to affect the lives of thousands of people and hundreds of organizations improve capacity to thrive and increase performance.

    Jackie’s research is grounded in the AI, neuroscience, and positive psychology to help others understand how their conversations influence their wellbeing and ability to succeed. She is on a mission to co-create a global movement of conversations worth having to recognize each other’s humanity and create organizations and communities that work for everyone. Her work has been featured in Forbes, SmartBrief, Detroit’s Live in the D, People & Strategy, and leadership and training blogs and podcasts. She has done over 300 conference presentations and invited presentations. She is a keynote speaker on positive approaches to leadership, strategy, management, conversations, and change.

    Jackie earned a Doctor of Management in Capacity Building Using an Appreciative Approach: A Relational Process of Building Your Organization’s Future at Case Western Reserve University. She holds an MBA in International Marketing from Michigan State University and BA in Marketing from Wayne State University. Jackie lives in Brighton, MI with her husband Paul and her loveable dogs Rex and Bo! She enjoys spending time with her son, Adam and daughter, Ally outdoors, playing board games, or visiting the local farmers markets.

    Vice President, Marketing and Commercial Operations, Clorox Purell

    Jessica McCoy is Vice President, Marketing and Commercial Operations for Clorox Purell. Jessica thrives on establishing teams that serve as a center of excellence for uncovering actionable insights, driving innovation, building powerful communication and activation plans and delivering commercial results. She comes to the table with more than twenty years of leadership experience in business development, product management, innovation management, marketing and client services at GOJO Industries (previously Chief Marketing and Commercial Operations Officer). On April 1, 2026, GOJO officially became part of The Clorox Company, and began operating as Clorox Purell. This marked an important milestone in the company history that reflected the hard work and dedication, and the new opportunities ahead.

    Jessica’s experience ranges from building out the Purell product portfolio, helping design the GOJO Innovation Management System to extending the Purell brand into the surface disinfection category. In her current role, Jessica leads the Marketing and Commercial Operations teams charged with driving results through data and analytics, superior customer service and support, best-in-class integrated sales and marketing programs, and stewarding the Purell brand. Previously, Jessica led the GOJO Insights and Innovation Center, comprised of Market and Business Development, PURELL SMARTLINK and Internet of Things business, Product and Project Management, Sustainable Value, Market Research, and Social and Behavioral Science.

    Jessica received her B.S. in Marketing and International Business from The University of Akron and her MBA from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Business. She has served on the Executive Board of Directors for the American Cleaning Institute, member and Board member for In Counsel with Women, and Board of Directors Vice President for the Schnee Learning Center, a second chance high school. Jessica and her husband, Dan, reside in Stow, OH and they have two daughters, Ellie (Indiana University grad, living in NYC) and Addie (Penn State senior).

    Jenn McMahan is Vice President of Strategic Accounts at The Highlands Group, where she leads national account growth and business development for a portfolio of leading consumer and commercial brands. With more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership, channel management, and customer development, she has helped manufacturers expand their businesses across distribution, wholesale, eCommerce, and contract sales channels.

    Jenn works across key verticals, including office products, industrial supply, facilities maintenance, and hospitality. She is passionate about building strategic partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and identifying innovative opportunities that drive sustainable growth and measurable results.

    Known for her collaborative leadership style and practical approach, Jenn enjoys sharing insights on national account development, channel partnerships, sales leadership, and the evolving distribution landscape. She is an active member of ISSA and is committed to helping manufacturers and distributors succeed in an ever-changing marketplace.

    Outside of work, Jenn is passionate about giving back to her community through volunteer work, mentoring others, and staying active in ISSA. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communications and Business from Ohio University. Jenn and her family live in the Cleveland area and are proud parents of two sons—one a graduate of the University of Alabama who now lives in Cleveland, and the other a rising junior in the Bandier Program for Recording and Entertainment Industries at Syracuse University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cheering on college sports, and spending time with family and friends.
