Andrea is the Managing Partner of DHR’s Las Vegas office and focuses on the gaming, hospitality, and entertainment sectors. Her search experience in the sectors includes working with companies that provide associated technologies. She has placed high-caliber talent with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100. She is also the host of GENeration eXecutive – a podcast featuring engaging conversations with Generation X leaders.
Andrea has over 20 years of senior-level search experience. Prior to joining DHR, she served as a Partner with another global executive search firm and as a Recruiter with a boutique California firm. Andrea has been trained in the use of several work behavior assessments, putting her in a great position to partner with DHR’s leadership consulting practice.
Additionally, Andrea spent 11 years with AlliedSignal, Inc.(now Honeywell), an American aerospace, automotive and engineering company, where she served as Manager of Ethics and Business Conduct in the company’s Los Angeles aerospace division and in congressional relations and marketing for the government relations office in Washington, D.C. She previously worked in television and video production on contract with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Hubble Space Telescope Institute.
Andrea earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Maryland. She holds an Ethics in the Workplace Certificate from Josephson Institute on Ethics; a Managing Ethics in Organizations Certificate from Bentley College; a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from AlliedSignal Aerospace Six Sigma Academy; graduated from the AlliedSignal HR University and was recognized with the AlliedSignal Premier Achievement Award for Excellence in Finance. She is an alumna of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Las Vegas Program and is active in the local philanthropic community.
Barbara has more than 15 years of experience in the international private sector where she has led and provided legal support for corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and securities markets’ compliance. She joined the company in 2022 as General Counsel, where she has led and built the legal team, providing strategic guidance to our executive leadership.
Barbara received her law degree from Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey in Mexico and her master’s degree in corporate law from New York University. She relocated to Chicago with her husband and two kids in 2022.
Elizabeth Martin is a proud African American baby boomer whose life is a testament to strength, dedication, and unwavering love. A 26-year breast cancer survivor, Elizabeth has faced life’s challenges with remarkable courage and emerged stronger, inspiring everyone around her. She is a devoted wife and the rock of her family, sharing a beautiful bond of 20 years with her husband, Bruce Martin, who retired from the Marines and the Department of Defense, and her steadfast partner, on every journey.
Elizabeth dedicated 42 years of her life to her career in the Information Technology field at Union Bank. Her career began in an entry-level position, and she retired as a Vice President, building a legacy of hard work, integrity, and excellence. Elizabeth enjoys her life ensuring a balance of spirituality, health, and mind. She beams with pride as the grandmother of four and the great-grandmother of seven. Her work/life balance includes being a volunteer leader with the American Cancer Society, where she fundraises, mentors, and supports anyone who hears the 3 nasty words, “You Have Cancer”. She also volunteers as a Legislative Ambassador for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, where she lobbies in Sacramento and Washington, D.C. for cancer-related issues. Because of her passion for the American Cancer Society’s mission and inspirational spirit, Elizabeth was awarded the prestigious St George National Award. This award is presented to outstanding community volunteers for their distinguished service in achieving the Society’s strategic goals.
In her retirement, she returned to school, majoring in Administration of Justice to feed her passion for Criminal Justice. She is also on the Board of Trustees of her church. Elizabeth maintains her health through regular exercise and finds joy in ballroom dancing with her husband, Bruce.
Through it all, Elizabeth remains an advocate for women’s health, using her journey as a source of strength to support others battling breast cancer. She enjoys traveling with her dedicated group of girlfriends, called Jennz Friendz, to honor their friend who was lost to cancer last year. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and participating in her local community, where she is known for her warm smile and generous spirit. Elizabeth’s life is a vibrant tapestry of resilience, love, and unwavering faith—a story worth celebrating.

Before Forward Solutions, he led Avision, the industry’s leading national outsourced sales and marketing company. (Manufacturers Representative firm) Prior to that, Joe spent over two decades growing Apex-Reps into one of the country’s largest independent facility supply manufacturer’s rep groups.
