Sharon Tinberg

Sharon Tinberg is an expert at training trainers and cleaners in the residential cleaning industry.  She is the producer of the CORE Training videos that were introduced to the industry in 2008.  They have been used by thousands of cleaning companies around the world to train their cleaners how to clean a home.  Today those videos have evolved into an online training program that can be viewed in the ISSA Online Learning Center at learning.issa.com/.

Sharon was a corporate trainer and then owned a residential cleaning service for 20 years.  She sold it in 2008 when her company was cleaning 95 homes per day with 60 cleaners.  After that Sharon produced the CORE videos and began training in offices across the US, Canada and Mexico.  Sharon recently visited her 59^th office and has trained, literally, hundreds of owners, field managers and trainers and thousands of cleaners.  One of the advantages of actually training in homes in 59 offices is that Sharon has seen the best and worst processes, tools, and actions used to clean a home.  Armed with that experience Sharon put together a training process that she will share with you.  Take what you like and leave the rest but try not to miss this rare opportunity to listen to an expert in our industry present on what is the heart of our business, cleaning a house.
