ARCSI Regional Event: Create a Culture for Success
Your employees are the secret to your success. They are the face of your business, and they are the key to your success or failure. How you treat your employees dictates how your employees treat your customers. During this ARCSI Regional Event, we will bring speakers to you to help you shape a better relationship with your employees, improve employee engagement and develop a culture of success.
This full-day Regional Event includes tours of two very prominent and successful residential cleaning companies in St. Louis, a game-changing education program, and a closing networking event.

Gosia BaranHelping HandsAfter working in the corporate world for a few years, I got laid off a few months after 9/11. Having a 4-month-old son, I chose not to go back to the corporate world but to open my own business. I had the desire of helping people; in the corporate world helping others was not the priority. In November 2001, Helping Hands was born. Today, Helping Hands is stronger than ever, employing 45 cleaning technicians and office staff. We service residential and commercial clients in the Chicagoland area.

Matt RickettsChief Marketing Officer, MaidCentralMatt Ricketts is a 14 year cleaning industry veteran, and co-founded Better Life Maids, and former ARCSI board member. He currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of MaidCentral, an all in one software for the home cleaning industry. MaidCentral is designed to increase employee engagement, create happier customers through consistency and quality management, and increase profits through automation of repetitive tasks and increased productivity. Prior to joining the cleaning industry Matt spent the first part of his career as an airline pilot, and he leveraged that experience to build a systematic approach to running his house cleaning company and brings that approach to his contributions on the MaidCentral team.

RJ PatelOwner, PCT CleanRJ and his wife Asha have owned PCT Clean for over 16 years. Prior to that, RJ’s family owned a hotel and were responsible for the day-to-day business, including guest services, housekeeping, and grounds keeping. RJ is the first chair of the Residential Cleaning Council, tasked with leading the association through the first two years of its merger with ISSA. RJ continues to serve on the Residential Cleaning Council as the past chair.
