Join ARCSI for our new interactive Zoom program – Residential Cleaning Coffee & Conversation.

These are monthly talks that will bring together our residential cleaning community to talk about crucial issues facing the industry, as well as day-to-day operational and personnel concerns. We all have problems and it’s especially beneficial to talk to someone who is the same boat you are, that has the same experiences as you.

Joining our May Coffee & Conversation is Dean Mercado from the Online Marketing Muscle to talk about “Clone The Owner: The Secret Sauce Of A 7-Figure Business.” For many small business owners, transforming their business from being a ‘job’ they created for themselves into a ‘business’ that can scale is extremely challenging. As business owners, we find ourselves thinking, “if I only had 10 of me, things would be great!” Join Dean Mercado as he shares how to “clone” yourself by leveraging cutting-edge know-how coupled with best-in-class systems to build the business of your dreams.

Coffee & Conversation will be the first Thursday of each month at 11:30 am EST / 10:30 am CTL.

BONUS: Attend 7 out of 8 Coffee & Conversations through July 2023 and you can win an All-Access Pass to the ISSA Show NA 2023 in Las Vegas, November 13-16, 2023.

    Owner, PCT Clean

RJ and his wife Asha have owned PCT Clean for over 16 years. Prior to that, RJ’s family owned a hotel and were responsible for the day-to-day business, including guest services, housekeeping, and grounds keeping. RJ is the first chair of the Residential Cleaning Council, tasked with leading the association through the first two years of its merger with ISSA. RJ continues to serve on the Residential Cleaning Council as the past chair.

    Helping Hands

After working in the corporate world for a few years, I got laid off a few months after 9/11. Having a 4-month-old son, I chose not to go back to the corporate world but to open my own business. I had the desire of helping people; in the corporate world helping others was not the priority. In November 2001, Helping Hands was born. Today, Helping Hands is stronger than ever, employing 45 cleaning technicians and office staff. We service residential and commercial clients in the Chicagoland area.

The event is finished.
