Join our April Residential Coffee & Conversation. Our guest will be Filemon, one of the founding partners of Dream Four Agency, a company providing Virtual Assistant Service from around the world. Filemon is a natural-born entrepreneur who demonstrated his determination from childhood by selling cookies door-to-door. By age 17, he started selling used electronics on eBay and amassed over $200,000 with his e-waste business. His passion for technology led him to explore various sectors, including construction, landscaping, and painting. Presently, he stands out as the cofounder of the number 1 cleaning company in West Hartford. Additionally, Filemon is one of the founding partners of the Dream Four Agency, pioneering Virtual Assistant services from Brazil to America and having assisted hundreds of companies in reaching new heights of success.
These are monthly talks that will bring together our residential cleaning community to talk about crucial issues facing the industry, as well as day-to-day operational and personnel concerns. We all have problems and it’s especially beneficial to talk to someone who is the same boat you are, that has the same experiences as you.
Nonmembers welcome to come and learn more about ISSA Residential membership and our community.
Coffee & Conversation will be the first Thursday of each month at 11:30 am ET / 10:30 am CT.

RJ and his wife Asha have owned PCT Clean for over 16 years. Prior to that, RJ’s family owned a hotel and were responsible for the day-to-day business, including guest services, housekeeping, and grounds keeping. RJ is the first chair of the Residential Cleaning Council, tasked with leading the association through the first two years of its merger with ISSA. RJ continues to serve on the Residential Cleaning Council as the past chair.
After working in the corporate world for a few years, I got laid off a few months after 9/11. Having a 4-month-old son, I chose not to go back to the corporate world but to open my own business. I had the desire of helping people; in the corporate world helping others was not the priority. In November 2001, Helping Hands was born. Today, Helping Hands is stronger than ever, employing 45 cleaning technicians and office staff. We service residential and commercial clients in the Chicagoland area.
