Starting her career in manufacturing working for both Sweetheart Cup Company and then Johnson Wax, Susanne developed a strong foundation in the industry with the robust training programs these companies both offered. Pursued by distribution, Susanne spent the next 10 years as Vice President of Sales for Tewksbury with EBP Supply Solutions. Following EBP’s acquisition by Imperial Dade in 2021, Susanne became a Sales Manager for Franklin MA. She is a Council Member of ISSA’s Hygieia Network allowing the opportunity to share her insights and experience expanding programs to benefit the next generation of women entering the industry. In addition to the Council, Susanne is a co-chair for the Career Development Committee working to provide opportunities for career advancement of new and existing members.
With a passion for sustainable cleaning for BSCs and commercial real estate, Susanne was an active member of BOMA Boston for multiple years. During this time, she served as Sustainability Co-chair and on the Toby Awards committee evaluating building submissions to recognize excellence in commercial building management and operations.
Outside the office, Susanne’s passion for clean and sustainable living carries over to enjoying nature while biking and hiking, and creating healthy meals for her family when they are home from college.
Carol Pfeiffer is an HR executive with 25+ years leading in Fortune 100 companies. Carol partners with organizations to develop talent at all levels to become resilient and inspiring leaders who create the best workplaces.
Prior to founding Expansive Leadership Coaching in 2015, Carol held several senior level Human Resources and Talent Management roles with organizations such as JohnsonDiversey (a division of SC Johnson), Rockwell Automation, Vail Resorts, and Aramark. Throughout her corporate career, coaching and advising leaders, facilitating organizational development, leading teams, and leading global succession planning efforts were key aspects of her accomplishments within these organizations.
Since 2015, Carol has been a trusted coach, advisor and sounding board to hundreds of executives. As a result of the work done together, these leaders have achieved their next level of leadership and team performance, often amid rapid growth and change in their organization. They have also been promoted, shifted culture within their organizations, and launched new companies. Concurrently, these leaders found more fulfillment in their work, achieved the life their desired, and ultimately amplified their impact in the world.
Carol is also an engaging facilitator and an accredited practitioner for Insights®, iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram, the Shift Positive 360® method, The 4 Team Zones® and is Dare to Lead trained. She is an ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited coach, a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach and a Certified NeuroTransformational Coach. She holds a master’s degree in labor relations & human resources management from Michigan State University and a B.S. in Secondary Education & Communications from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Molly is the DEI, Communications, and Office Experience Manager at Essendant, where she has made a significant impact over the past four years. In this role, Molly leads the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, driving a culture of inclusivity through the creation and execution of eight employee resource groups. Her commitment to fostering an equitable workplace is reflected through her ongoing work with the groups to create a welcoming community within Essendant for all employees.
In addition to DEI efforts, she manages internal communications and oversees Essendant’s social media presence, ensuring that the company’s values and achievements are effectively shared with employees and the broader community. Her strategic approach to communication has helped strengthen the connection between the organization and its associates.
Molly also plays a vital role in the Essendant Charitable Foundation, maintaining relationships with various nonprofits supported throughout the year. She is dedicated to giving back to the community and actively assists facility councils in planning local events that engage associates in meaningful volunteer opportunities.
With a passion for creating positive change, she continues to enhance the workplace experience at Essendant, fostering an environment where every employee feels valued and empowered.
