  Drew Hart is the founder of Vinculum, an Amazon growth agency built for brands that are done guessing and ready to run Amazon like a real business function. He is an enterprise operator turned startup builder turned Amazon seller, with a simple throughline: use data, systems, and disciplined execution to drive profitable growth.

  Before founding Vinculum, Drew spent 10 years in a Fortune 500 environment, selected into a high potential management rotation program across marketing, operations, finance, strategy, and business development. He earned multiple performance awards, including Employee of the Year, and rose to Director before age 30.

  He later moved to San Francisco during the early mobile commerce wave, helping build ecommerce technology used by hundreds of brands and sharpening a fast, iteration-driven approach to product and go-to-market.

  Drew then built and scaled two Amazon brands across toys and automotive, owning the full stack from product strategy and sourcing to inventory cycles and marketplace growth. He exited those brands in a seven-figure sale in late 2024.

  Today, Drew leads a 35 person team supporting 50+ ecommerce brands. Vinculum operates as a fractional Amazon department across advertising, marketplace operations, and conversion and SEO, with a focus on execution, accountability, and revenue.
