ISSA Management and Supervisory Certified Course

The two-day Management and Supervisory course is designed to sharpen both technical and soft skills involved in cleaning, maintaining and servicing facilities. The course is taught jointly by our two industry experts. This unique opportunity offers participants to tap into a joint expertise and experience. The participants also benefit from a cross-disciplinary approach and more collaboration and engagement.
Through this programme, participants will strengthen their leadership and communication skills, learn about latest customer services best practices and improve their ability to manage conflict resolution.
The course will also cover the different levels of supervision, team structures, task assignments, quality inspections, equipment selection processes, cleaning system designs, work loading, staffing, production rates, task performance inspections, cleanliness audits, safety regulations, and cleaning standards.
This certification programme will be a combination of two virtual days (tot.14 hours), self-study, practical assignments, and a final online exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, everyone will get a title of a certified cleaning supervisor.
