Today’s workforce is comprised of four generations with different goals and life experiences. The ISSA Hygieia Networking and Leadership Conference will focus on the theme of working with and communicating effectively in a multi-generational workforce. Attendees can expect to gain new connections and the necessary tools and strategies to apply to their professional lives.

Throughout the conference, participants will hear from inspiring speakers across generations regarding their career journey, learnings and advice. Attendees will also participate in a workshop-style session to learn about the four generations, identify how to draw on the strengths of each generation, and how to effectively communicate with and support generationally diverse teams.

Group Activity

During the group activity in the afternoon, attendees will have the opportunity to assemble Cleaning for a Reason Cancer Care Packages, which will be shared with cancer patients receiving services through Cleaning for a Reason and residing in Minneapolis, MN and the surrounding areas.
