Designed exclusively for graduates of IEHA’s CESE or RESE programs, the IEHA Master’s Program represents the pinnacle of professional achievement in environmental services leadership. This intensive two-day certification delivers advanced, executive-level training focused on strategic leadership, workforce development, operational excellence, customer experience, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Participants engage in collaborative, real-world projects that demonstrate mastery of high-level competencies and the ability to lead complex service environments. Prerequisite: Active CESE or RESE designation required. Additional IEHA criteria apply for candidates pursuing this advanced certification.
