Just as a master’s degree is an academic recognition granted to persons that have undergone a course of study showing mastery of a specific field of professional practice or study, IEHA’s Master’s Program is for IEHA’s elite members committed to continuous improvement and propagating professionalism. The two-day course will discuss the following topics: infection control, work controls, staff and staff development, team building, managing team negativity, leadership, mentoring, customer service, millennials, sustainability, and continual improvement. Completion of group projects are required. Must have a current Certified Environmental Services Executive (CESE) or Registered Environmental Services Executive (RESE) designation. PREREQUISITE: Must have a current CESE or RESE designation to take this course.*
* PREREQUISITE: RESE and CESE candidates wishing to pursue this additional designation must meet additional requirements set forth by IEHA.
