IEHA Certified EVS Executive/Registered EVS Executive (CESE/RESE)

Designed for facility services professionals across hospitality, Department of Defense, Veterans Administration, K–12, and higher education sectors, the IEHA Certified Environmental Services Executive (CESE) / Registered Environmental Services Executive (RESE) Workshop is a rigorous, high-impact two-day program. It delivers an intensive, accelerated mastery of IEHA’s Professional Education Credentialing Program (PECP)—the industry’s premier certification pathway for environmental services leaders.

Participants engage in a comprehensive review of all 16 PECP modules, gaining advanced competencies in workforce development, leadership and supervision, strategic communication, operational controls, OSHA compliance, and the critical role of environmental services in infection prevention. The program is designed to elevate decision-making, strengthen team performance, and align practices with industry-leading standards.

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants are eligible to sit for the CESE or RESE certification exam. Earning the credential requires successful completion of a comprehensive assessment with a minimum score of 80%, validating expertise at the highest level of professional environmental services leadership.
