Turning Good Intentions into Real Impact: Gender Equality and Allyship at Work

Karen Craggs-Milne, is a leading go-to expert for organizations that are serious about getting gender equality right. In this informative and interactive session, Karen will help us understand what it takes to achieve gender equality and promote Allyship in the cleaning industry.

  • At a sectoral level, participants will learn about key gender issues impacting the cleaning industry and how to address them effectively.
  • On an institutional level, Karen will introduce her signature framework for achieving gender equality in the workplace, highlighting examples of best practices and important questions that participants can apply to their own organizations.
  • On an individual level, participants will gain a deeper understanding of what Allyship really means and take away practical tips and strategies that will equip all of us to become impactful Allies for each other – at work and in our personal lives.
  • Whether it is under a tree in a rural village in Ghana or in a Board room of Executives, Karen’s authentic and engaging approach promises to educate, transform and inspire you into meaningful action.
  • By the end of the session, each participant will have their own mini-action plan with concrete next steps to move them from good intentions to real impact.
