Speakers

  • Tara Bienvenu
    Tara Bienvenu
CPCC President & CEO, TBE Leadership

Tara Bienvenu, CPCC, is the visionary behind TBE Leadership, a coaching and development practice dedicated to transforming who leaders are into how they lead. With more than two decades of experience in corporate environments—alongside the lived leadership of raising two daughters—Tara brings a rare blend of business strategy, emotional intelligence, neuro science, and intuition to her work.

Guided by the belief that “a leader is anyone who takes responsibility for their world,” she coaches and trains executives, sales professionals, and bad ass women who will not settle for “good enough.” Her approach is anchored in neuro performance methods that move beyond mindset into embodied, sustained change.

As a coach, speaker, and facilitator, Tara partners with clients through 1:1 engagements, leadership workshops, and dynamic keynotes—designed to instill clarity, accelerate momentum, and yield measurable results. She’s known for meeting people exactly where they are, listening deeply, challenging with care, and catalyzing leadership that’s real, resilient, and resonant.
Whether you’re leading a global team, building a high performing sales force, or stepping into your next big role, Tara is your partner on the journey from great to extraordinary inside and out.
