Bethany HarringtonPrincipal, Western Maintenance SalesBethany Harrington has spent over 17 years working in the janitorial and sanitation (jansan) industry, primarily as a manufacturer’s representative across Southern California. Her journey has been driven by a genuine commitment to helping customers, distributors, and manufacturers work together more effectively. In 2022, she founded Western Maintenance Sales, and has had the privilege of leading the company for more than three years—an experience she considers both challenging and deeply rewarding.
Bethany’s background includes work in the jansan, healthcare, and architectural markets, with a focus on supporting customers through every phase of a project—from design and construction to ongoing maintenance. Her approach is rooted in listening, problem-solving, and building relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.
She values opportunities to give back to the industry that has given her so much. As a member of the Hygieia Network, Bethany supports initiatives to uplift and connect women in the field, and she regularly volunteers her time to ISSA Charities, particularly in the Los Angeles area. She’s especially passionate about creating educational and networking opportunities that help others grow.
Outside of work, Bethany is grateful to be a wife and mom to four amazing kids. She enjoys travel, discovering new foods, and giving back through her faith and community.
