    Senior Director, Culture & Team Member Engagement, GOJO Industries

    Kimberly Morgan is a leader in the HR space with over 25 years of professional experience leading diversity, culture, and engagement efforts. She currently serves as the Culture and Team Member Engagement, Sr. Director for GOJO Industries. In her current role she is responsible for working with organizational leaders and team members across the enterprise to design, launch, scale, and sustain efforts designed to ensure all team members feel they belong at GOJO, such as building community through thriving Employee Resource Groups and Supply Chain Councils, promoting inclusive leadership, and championing the sharing of team member stories through heritage and other celebratory months.

    Kimberly seeks to create new opportunities for team members to provide feedback across all the ways and places we work, and advocates for all team members to ensure our culture-building initiatives contribute to a future where team members desire not only to continue to contribute and have an impact at Team GOJO, but to recommend GOJO to others as a great place to work. She is also responsible for shepherding the WBE efforts of the organization, as GOJO is a Women Owned Business.

    Previously, Kimberly was at USA Track and Field for 5 years and the National Collegiate Athletic Association for 14 years. Among her professional accomplishments, she includes being selected to serve on numerous leadership boards as well as being recognized as one of 25 “Women Making a Difference”, as a Distinguished Baylor Black Alumni and awarded the Mayor of Indianapolis Workforce Diversity Award for the internal inclusion efforts at the NCAA regarding, “One Team, One Future”.

    Kimberly earned both her undergraduate B.S. Ed and M.S. Ed – sports management degrees from Baylor University where she was a scholarship student-athlete in track and field. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree from Indiana Institute of Technology in Global Leadership – Organizational Management. Kimberly is actively involved in many community endeavors including her church, The Links, Incorporated, and her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Kimberly’s biggest personal and professional champion is her husband of 8 years Lee Morgan.
