Kenisha MiddlebrooksCustomer Experience Manager, TTI Floor Care North AmericaKenisha Middlebrooks is the Customer Experience Manager for TTI Floor Care North America, known for their iconic brands of Hoover, Oreck, and Dirt Devil. With over 12 years of experience, Kenisha continues to learn through the training and development of her team, completion of projects to positively impact customer experiences, and reducing waste within the organization.
Kenisha serves on two non-profit board of directors and is a member of many associations, including the ISSA Hygeia Network, where she serves on their education committee as co-chair. She enjoys helping others through volunteering and traveling in her free time.

Ashley FubiniSales Vice President, GOJO IndustriesAshley Fubini is currently the Sales Vice President for GOJO Industries, the makers of PURELL. She leads the Northern Division of the Field Sales Organization and the GOJO Inside Sales Team. Ashley’s team utilizes direct sales, inside sales and Manufacturer Agency coverage models to span across all channels of distribution and end user verticals. Ashley has been at GOJO for 8 years but began her career at Newell Brands in 2003. At NWL, Ashley held escalating roles across Marketing and Sales organizations, spending much of her time at Rubbermaid Commercial Products to establish her love for JanSan.
Ashley has been a member of the ISSA Hygieia Network for a decade, where she currently serves as the Mentoring Liaison to the Male Allyship Committee. Ashley has a strong passion for progressing the role of women in leadership, both inside and outside of the JanSan Industry. She is the proud working mother of 3 young daughters, of which she hopes will benefit from the mission of associations like Hygieia in the future.
