Michael StaverChief Operating Officer, KleenMarkMichael joined KleenMark in November of 2018 as the Director of Operations. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Administration and a Vocational degree in Bidding and Estimating, Michael’s knowledge of the industry and day-to-day operating processes to best achieve successful standards along with his education and background in labor productivity brings both an in-the-business and on-the-business perspective.
Today, Michael is KleenMark’s Chief Operating Officer & Integrator responsible for holding the organization to a high Kleen Standard “Beyond aesthetics, we Kleen for safety and health.” He provides support, addresses challenges, ensures operational efficiency, and provides the tools and resources for KleenMark and its employees to succeed and excel. He has served as a mentor both internally at KleenMark and in previous roles, as well as mentoring developing leaders in different forums and organizations.
