Matt Ricketts is a 14 year cleaning industry veteran, and co-founded Better Life Maids, and former ARCSI board member. He currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of MaidCentral, an all in one software for the home cleaning industry. MaidCentral is designed to increase employee engagement, create happier customers through consistency and quality management, and increase profits through automation of repetitive tasks and increased productivity. Prior to joining the cleaning industry Matt spent the first part of his career as an airline pilot, and he leveraged that experience to build a systematic approach to running his house cleaning company and brings that approach to his contributions on the MaidCentral team.
