Today’s facility custodial managers and supervisors are responsible for more than day-to-day operations—they must balance service quality, labor costs, compliance, and occupant satisfaction. The Facility Custodial Manager Bootcamp, led by ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI), is an in-person program designed to support those responsibilities.
This course equips facility managers with the technical skills and leadership competencies needed to oversee custodial operations, manage performance, and make informed staffing and budget decisions using industry‑recognized standards. Participants gain practical, data‑driven tools to develop defensible custodial staffing plans, receive training on establishing and executing a quality control auditing program, and conclude the boot camp by learning how to lead their teams professionally and effectively.
