  Paul is the co-managing partner for Ikigai Management Consultants, Ikigai offers outsourced fractional and full-time leadership as well as outsourced “back of the house administration, accounting, finance, HR/EHS, and sales management in the contract facilities space. Ikigai works with dozens of companies ranging in size from $ 2,000,000-$ 250,000,000 in annual turnover. Paul’s specialty is helping CEO’s achieve their goals through a coordinated structure between Sales, Operation, Finance, and Human Capital.

  Previous to starting Ikigai, Paul was the owner of Aetna Integrated Services in Columbus, Ohio. Aetna prior to its sale in 2017 had revenue over $ 35,000,000 with 1500 employees in 7 states. Paul is a past President of the BSCAI, and a regular speaker at Building Service Contractors Association conferences including “Plateaus of Growth” and the ISSA “Business Growth Strategies.” Paul is also a former Board member of the WFBSC, and twice has been the keynote speaker at Clean China Forum in Beijing, China.
