Sharon was a corporate trainer and then owned a residential cleaning service for 20 years. She sold it in 2008 when her company was cleaning 95 homes per day with 60 cleaners. After that Sharon produced the CORE videos and began training in offices across the US, Canada and Mexico. Sharon recently visited her 59th office and has trained, literally, hundreds of owners, field managers and trainers and thousands of cleaners. One of the advantages of actually training in homes in 59 offices is that Sharon has seen the best and worst processes, tools, and actions used to clean a home. Armed with that experience Sharon put together a training process that she will share with you.
