Become an ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) Certification Expert (CCE) and gain the tools to identify operational gaps and drive meaningful change.

In this in-person course, you’ll learn:

• Principles of effective cleaning management
• The seven pillars of CIMS
• Comprehensive green cleaning strategies
• CIMS and CIMS-GB + Sustainability compliance
• Supporting customers in achieving LEED v5 O&M certification

PLEASE NOTE:

• After the course concludes, each attendee will receive access to take the final online exam to be completed within a 60-day time frame. The passing grade is 80%. to receive your CIMS Expert (C.C.E.) certification.
• CCE certification is valid for two years.
