  Alex Crowley holds the position of Chief People Officer (CPO) at the Vonachen Group, a full-service facility maintenance company based in Peoria, IL. Throughout his tenure at Vonachen, Alex has gained experience across various business sectors, including Operations, Business Development, and, most recently, Human Resources. In his current role as CPO, Alex serves as the company’s in-house counsel, overseeing human resources and talent management functions like Learning and Development, Recruitment, Retention, and Employee Relations.

  Prior to joining the Vonachen Group, Alex earned his B.A. in business administration and management from Indiana University Bloomington in 2013. He then received his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2016. Following law school, Alex practiced at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP in Indianapolis, IN, focusing on business, finance, and commercial real estate law.

  Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife Kira, their two daughters, Cecilia and Quinn, and their “son” Kevin, a 4-year-old, 120-pound Bernese Mountain Dog.

  Jeffrey Upmalis is the Vice President of Operations and Sales for CNS Cleaning. He has been with the company for over 15 years and in the cleaning industry for 20 years. CNS is currently one of the fastest growing businesses in the cleaning industry with a growth rate of 35%-55% compounded annually for the last 5 years. Jeffrey is the day-to-day leader of CNS and has an extensive background in both sales, customer service, and business management & leadership. Jeffrey and CNS were featured on CNBC No Retreat Business Boot Camp in March of 2022. In 2023 Jeffrey was the award recipient of the Leadership Success Award for Dale Carnegie. Problem solving, customer service, and innovation for his clients and company are some of his biggest motivators. A husband and father, outside of work Jeffrey and his family are avid golfers and are extremely active in local and community charities and fundraisers.
