Learn From a Silicon Valley Expert Who’s Used AI to Generate $300M in Revenue

Join us for a session that combines practical applications of AI with insights into its future potential for your BSC. This session is led by Gerald Fong, who built his first successful software company in his early 20s funded by Sam Altman (CEO of Open AI) and later led a division at Meta to increase company revenue by $300M through AI and machine learning experiments. With his mother working as a property manager, Gerald immersed himself in the janitorial industry, interviewing over 400 BSCs to understand their business.

Today, he is building the next generation platform for the janitorial industry, and is a trusted partner and technical adviser to many BSC’s. Based on his unique position understanding both bleeding edge technology and janitorial, he will share how AI over time can help janitorial businesses operate more profitable, improve their quality of service, and win more deals.

Finally, you will learn how AI can be applied to your business today. Expect a hands-on workshop with detailed guidance and a downloadable guide to help you apply these insights at your workplace right away.

Gerald Fong built his first successful software company in his early 20’s. He then went on to become a leader at Meta, leading his division to increase company revenue by $300M by running experiments that combined AI/machine learning with data and product insights. Growing up, Gerald’s mom (a property manager) would frequently take him to different buildings after school. After meeting more BSC’s over time, a few owners asked Gerald and his team to build an all-in-one, easy to use platform. He raised money from top investors in Silicon Valley and assembled a team of ex-Harvard and Google engineers to create the software future for the janitorial industry. Gerald graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, summa cum laude. He completed his 4 year degree in just 2.5 years, while also completing graduate level studies in machine learning and artificial intelligence. In 2013, he built the first machine learning/AI algorithms for Stripe, a company now valued at $65B.
