Cleaning Management Institute’s Accredited Auditing Professional (AAP) certification workshop is designed for any industry professional looking to enhance their knowledge and skills around quality assurance and building audits. This seminar also counts towards obtaining your AAP recertification.
This seminar teaches you all about performing a quality assurance audit within a facility. Through an interactive, hands-on program you will learn the technical skills needed to perform an audit as well as the ethical aspects of having this responsibility.

Mark Warner has been in the industry for over 30 years and is a past member of the ISSA Board of Directors. He has also served as Education Manager for ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute.
