This intensive training aims to assist cleaning professionals in conducting quality assurance audits within facilities. Through an interactive intensive and hands on program, participants will acquire both the technical skills required for performing audits of cleaning service and an understanding of the ethical responsibilities associated with this role. By participating in this workshop, attendees will gain the experience to implement key elements of successful cleaning quality assurance programs across diverse customer sites.
The workshop includes:
- Auditing Concepts: Gain a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of auditing.
- Technical Skills Development: Acquire the necessary skillset for conducting comprehensive audits.
- Live Audit Practice: Put your skills to the test by assessing cleanliness levels using ATP testing
- Quality Assurance (QA) Tools: Explore essential tools like ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) and IAQ (Indoor Air Quality).
- QA Reporting Insights: Understand the significance of QA reporting and its practical implications.
Lumitester Smart which will be used in the workshop is a portable luminometer for ATP Test. The ATP Test (Kikkoman A3) provides easy inspection for cleanliness levels by using LuciPac A3. Rapid verifying sanitation processed onsite can be used as an improvement tool.
Every participant will receive a certificate of attendance. This training is the first step towards the International Accredited Auditing Professional (IAAP) certification.
