Rick Barkla, All Purpose Labour
Rick is the resident accredited training expert, having been involved in the workplace training and education space for over 15 years. Rick has worked with clients across many industries including Business, Cleaning, Pharmacy, Aged Care, Hospitality, Retail, Butchery, Warehousing & Logistics and Manufacturing, and understands the importance of upskilling and investing in staff having been a business owner himself.
Rick has worked with some of the most recognizable companies across Australia, and is currently involved in assisting businesses Nationally by providing them with opportunities to access the many state and federal employer incentives and wage subsidy opportunities that are available through HR, training and staffing solutions.
Diem (Yim) Huynh, Chief Operating Officer, Mia Consulting Services
Diem Huynh (Yim) is an experienced Program Director with expertise in business development and improving business performance. Over many years, she has delivered multiple finance, HR, Transformation and Change management projects across the public and private sectors, including a departmental implementation of the Victorian Government Procurement Reform project. Yim drives Mia’s business development and lead management activities, as well as our internal systems and human resources. She is a Chartered Accountant and Prince 2 Certified in project management.
As a Chartered accountant, Yim understands the governance principles (that includes quality assurance) that support successful project delivery and embeds her Prince 2 Certification in project management and a Certification Gateway Reviewer to ensure quality outputs.
Jenny Boymal, Director, Educate to Elevate
Jenny has spent her career in the training sector, much of which has focused on bringing innovative training solutions to the cleaning industry. With her business partner, Noirin Mosley, Jenny started Educate to Elevate to bring engaging, meaningful and accessible induction/onboarding programs to various industries including cleaning. With a passion for setting employees up for success, Jenny has a broad understanding of the industry needs when it comes to both accredited training and short courses, industry specific programs and certifications and developing training plans that support the strategic business growth of organisations.
