    Sandra Tanksley has served as Director, Operational Development at Coverall® for the past three years, bringing more than a decade of leadership experience within the organization. Prior to her current role, she was the General Manager of the Los Angeles Regional Support Center, where she played a pivotal role in the development of the Los Angeles Franchise Business Owner base.

    Throughout her tenure, Sandra has coached and developed teams, onboarded numerous General Managers across the West and led operations projects both nationally and within the West Division.

    Before joining Coverall, Sandra built a strong career in sales and operations leadership. At Zee Medical, she served as West Region Manager, leading a team of 130 sales representatives across 11 states. Earlier, as Regional Sales Manager for Culligan International, she created the Bottle Free Commercial Division and spearheaded its national implementation.
