Course Overview
Today’s supervisors and managers play a critical role in ensuring quality operations, cost efficiency, and healthy indoor environments. The Supervisor & Management Boot Camp is a four-session virtual program led by ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI). It is designed to strengthen both technical expertise and leadership capabilities for professionals overseeing cleaning teams and facility operations.
This course is ideal for both emerging leaders and experienced professionals looking to deepen their knowledge, enhance performance, and earn industry-recognized credentials.
Participants who complete all four sessions receive access to the online exams for all three certifications.
Certifications Earned
This boot camp includes full preparation for the following CMI certifications:
- Certified Custodial Supervisor (CCS)
Focuses on leadership, communication, staff development, and supervision in the cleaning industry.
- Certified Workloading Specialist (CWS)
Covers the strategies needed to calculate, schedule, and optimize custodial staffing and workload distribution.
- Accredited Auditing Professional (AAP)
Trains participants to inspect and evaluate cleaning performance using standardized, ethical, and measurable practices.
