The purpose of process mapping is for organizations and businesses to improve efficiency. Process maps provide insight into a process, help teams brainstorm ideas for process improvement, increase communication and provide process documentation.

In this live, one-hour webinar, participants will learn how to:

  • Describe process components, i.e., start point, end point, and decision points
  • Determine level of detail needed, i.e., macro or micro
  • Identify benefits of process maps, e.g., manage processes, illustrate compliance, identify process gaps, a method to capture existing knowledge, or training tool
About the Speaker:

Diane Kusek
Diane has more than 20 years’ experience in FDA-regulated, educational, non-profit, and business environments. She works with any staff level to capture and document information into easy-to-understand processes. She also helps groups analyze their processes to identify gaps or risks and determine corrective actions and streamline steps. Diane also has designed and conducted training workshops, including at national conventions.
