The purpose of process mapping is for organizations and businesses to improve efficiency. Process maps provide insight into a process, help teams brainstorm ideas for process improvement, increase communication and provide process documentation.

In this live, one-hour webinar, participants will learn how to:

  • Describe process components, i.e., start point, end point, and decision points
  • Determine level of detail needed, i.e., macro or micro
  • Identify benefits of process maps, e.g., manage processes, illustrate compliance, identify process gaps, a method to capture existing knowledge, or training tool
