Matt Urmanski is a Sales leader with more than 20 years of experience in the Professional Hygiene industry. Today he heads Essity’s Professional Hygiene business in North America as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, driving innovation and shaping the professional hygiene market with innovations under the leading global brand Tork®️ and helping customers in healthcare, restaurants, offices, schools and industries think ahead so they’re always ready for business. The Tork®️ offering includes dispensers, paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, sanitizer, napkins, wipers, but also software solutions for data-driven cleaning. Essity is a leading global hygiene and health company, operating in 150 countries with annual sales of more than $14.6 billion in 2022.
Matt also sits on Essity Professional Hygiene Leadership Team and has led other businesses beyond Essity in North America, including Wausua Paper Corp.
Gary Rubin is a Sales Manager at Imperial Dade. After graduating from Philadelphia Textile in 1984 with his BS in Accounting, he went into a family business servicing the electronics industry. He loved sales but didn’t like the industry and in 1992 he left the business and started PCA Industrial & Paper Supplies. He loved the idea of selling a product that everyone needed. With an amazing team, he not only had fun, but they were successful. They had an excellent reputation in the industry and he took great pride in their accomplishments.
The industry was beginning to consolidate. As a result, in 2018 he sold PCA to Imperial Dade a true leader in the industry. Throughout the years, Gary has given back to the community by serving on several boards, including: Abington PAL, Golden Slipper Club, Abramson Center, and JEVS. He currently serves as a Vice President of FHI, a provider of low-income housing for seniors, and he serves as Chairman of Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital’s Foundation.
Maura Strohsacker is the Director of Corporate Partnership Activation for the Philadelphia Eagles. She has been with the Eagles organization for over 18 years and has played a key role in developing the team’s corporate partner marketing and client retention strategies. Maura attended Penn State University, where she studied communications and public relations.
Elizabeth Hawver is the head of Essity’s Omnichannel Sales, Wholesale, and Office Distribution team, where she is responsible for strategic planning and commercial execution in these channels. In this role, she leads a seasoned team of sales and marketing professionals and is responsible for some of Essity’s most strategic distribution partners in the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held a variety of senior leadership roles in Finance, Global Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, and Pricing at Essity. Elizabeth graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in Economics, and Certificates in Finance and Italian Language and Culture. She holds an MBA from Villanova University and has recently been recognized as a 40 Under Forty for Philadelphia and is last year’s ISSA Hygieia Network Rising Star. She currently resides in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area with her husband and two young children.
Patricia Cimino serves as a Professional Growth and Mindset Coach. Her journey into coaching began after a successful career in sales for Fortune 500 companies, a tech start up and small businesses. She was consistently recognized as a top performer, known for ability to build strong relationships through her exceptional interpersonal skills. Taking a leap of faith and leveraging her passion, philanthropy and business acumen, Patricia founded a socially conscious business that achieved product distribution in boutiques across the country with profits donated to build libraries of books for children in need in both South America and the United States.
The fulfillment she achieved through making a difference and impact on others, set the launchpad for Patricia’s expertise over the past 11+ years as a powerful Professional Growth and Mindset Coach, Speaker and Trainer. Dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome internal obstacles and achieve their professional and personal goals. .June Giardetti is an optimistic and enthusiastic Account Executive with Imperial Dade. She started her career in the Jan/San industry 19 years ago at PCA in Willow Grove, PA. She has a very strong customer service background that makes her great at building close, valuable, and sustainable relationships.
June currently resides in Horsham, PA with her husband Chris. When she is not selling, she can be found socializing with friends, site seeing, or enjoying any sporting event.
