    Ricardo Regalado
    Owner, Rozalado Services

    Ricardo Regalado, is the proud owner of Rozalado Services a family-owned facility services company based out of Chicago that is a single source solution for facility service needs. He is also Co-owner of Roza Contractors, a facility maintenance and contracting company. He is also Founder/CEO of Route, a technology software app that is a solution for the commercial cleaning and field service industry. Route is an Ecosystem of tech enabled tools and a marketplace where cleaning business owners can build and grow their business as well as connect with their fellow cleaning community. Route consists of three products – Route Bid, Route Pulse and Route Marketplace. Lastly, he is the founder of Cleaning & Cocktails a podcast and live events brand for the cleaning industry.

    Ricardo started in the commercial cleaning industry ten years ago and built the Rozalado brand eight years ago with his wife, dad, aunt, cousin and family. He learned a ton performing all the cleaning himself. For the first four to five years of the business, he wore every hat and learned every department.

    Fast forward to today, Ricardo has over 300 employees, 22 which are family, 5 companies, operates in 20+ states, offers over 20 services and has made the Inc 5000 fastest growing companies four years in a row – 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022. He recently just made the Chicago Crain’s 40 under 40 prestigious class of 2021 as well as the Negocios Now Latino 40 under 40. Route was also the proud recipient of Google’s 1st Latino Tech Founders cohort in 2022. This industry has changed his life. His mission is to create jobs and help the everyday blue collar, hard-working American earn a living and be happy doing it.

    Andy Clement
    Executive Partner, Gartner

    Andy Clement is an Executive Partner with Gartner’s Chief Sales Officer program, where he coaches, guides, and challenges sales leaders who are Gartner clients. He joined Gartner in August 2024.

    Andy retired from Kimberly-Clark in March 2024 after a distinguished 33-year career. During his tenure, he held various key roles, including Chief Customer Officer, Vice President of Sales, General Manager, Strategy Director, Marketing Director, and Manufacturing Director.

    Andy earned his executive MBA from Vanderbilt University and his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University.

    He is a proud father of two: his son Jackson works in sales, and his daughter Gracie is a student at Kennesaw State University. His wife, Diana, is an artist. In his free time, Andy enjoys golf, boating, traveling, and spending time with his family. He is also actively involved in several charities, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), ISSA Charities, City of Hope, In Community, and serves as a small group leader at North Point Community Church.

    Shermika Dunner
    Strategy and Innovation Brand Manager, Kimberly-Clark

    Shermika Dunner is a strategic marketer with expertise in building customer connections and driving innovation. In her present role at Kimberly-Clark as Strategy and Innovation Brand Manager, she leads the 3-5 year innovation pipeline for the 100+ year old Kotex feminine care brand. Previously, she served as a Senior Manager, Customer and Channel Marketing for Kimberly-Clark Professional where she led the marketing strategy for key customers in the Office Building, Jan/San, and Industrial Segments. Additionally, she has driven e-commerce and digital marketing growth for some of the world’s most iconic brands like Kleenex, Scott, Cottonelle, F-150, and Mustang.

    She is a recipient of the inaugural 40 under 40 Young Alumni Achievement Award at Clark Atlanta University, Brand Innovators 40 under 40 Marketers 2021 and 2023 South Region, Top 50 Marketers by African-American Marketing Association, and Top 25 Black Marketers to Watch by the Black Marketers Association.

    Shermika’s personal values are to pay it forward and always be of service. She has been recognized for the work she does outside of the corporate sphere through her service work in the greater Atlanta area and is a 2022 recipient of the Georgia Trend 40 under 40 award and the Atlanta Business Chronicle 40 under 40 award. As an an alumna of Inspire Atlanta, she raised over $11,000 for the Atlanta Women’s Foundation to help eradicate poverty amongst women and girls.

    Her professional and community affiliations include former Board Member and Director of Marketing National Black MBA Association – Atlanta Chapter, Board Member and Volunteerism and Signature Cause Chair United Way African-American Partnership Program, Board Member Cool Girls, and volunteers with Junior League of Atlanta as the Atlanta Mission Chair, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

    Shermika earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from University of Alabama at Birmingham and her Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University.

    Shermika lives in Chicago where she can be found trying the latest restaurants from TikTok. She is an avid traveler having visited 20+ countries on 5 continents, jazz lover, and enjoys shopping for home décor with her rescue chihuahua, Harlem, in tow.

    Bethany Harrington
    Principal, Western Maintenance Sales and Mega Architectural

    Bethany Harrington is the Principal of Western Maintenance Sales and Mega Architectural, based in Southern California. She stands out as one of the few female Principals in the Manufacturing Rep industry. Seventeen years ago, Bethany began her career as an Acute Care Specialist with a major manufacturer under a rep organization in Southern California. 

    Her vision led her to establish a representative organization that spans the western states and is dedicated to supporting customers throughout the design and construction of commercial spaces with their ongoing maintenance and supply needs.

    She is a committed wife and devoted mother of four: two bonus sons, Liam (22) and Logan (18), and two daughters, Moira (10) and Pennylane (5). Her passions include volunteer work with her family, traveling, exploring culinary delights, and nurturing her faith.

    Strategic Account Manager, RJ Schinner

    Amy Ullsperger is a Strategic Account Manager at RJ Schinner, a wholesale redistributor of jan/san, paper, and foodservice disposables.

    Her current role at RJ Schinner involves managing and coordinating the activities of several key national distributors, foodservice broadliners, and buying group members. She also manages a team of internal support staff, and coordinates and analyzes sales activities with internal teams.

    After earning an Associate’s degree in Fashion Marketing in tandem with a degree in Marketing Management Communications and a Small Business Training Diploma, Amy joined the cleaning and facility solutions industry in 2012 as an intern in the marketing department at RJ Schinner.

    Prior to RJ Schinner, she worked at Half Price Books after managing a convenience store for seven years. She currently has a 21- year old son, a 13-year old dog, and a 1-year old cat. In her spare time, she gardens, cooks, and enjoys working on DIY projects at her 1860’s home.
