Michael StaverChief Operating Officer & Integrator, KleenMarkMichael joined KleenMark in November of 2018 as the Director of Operations. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Administration and a Vocational degree in Bidding and Estimating, Michael’s knowledge of the industry and day-to-day operating processes to best achieve successful standards along with his education and background in labor productivity brings both an in-the-business and on-the-business perspective.
Today Michael is KleenMark’s Chief Operating Officer & Integrator responsible for holding the organization to a high Kleen Standard “Beyond aesthetics, we Kleen for safety and health.” Addressing challenges, ensuring operations efficiency, and providing the tools and resources for our KleenMark and our partners such as Kikkoman to be aligned and successful through accountability management. Understanding the regulatory compliances that must be followed and enhancing our efforts to be successful through technology pioneering and innovating advancements is a strength and differentiator that we strive to continuously improve and cascade every day.
Throughout his career, Michael has worked with national IFMs and various verticals to gain experience and has implemented multi-state and location integrations to improve and ensure high standard consistent operations are in place with validation controls for audit reporting and KPI developments. Our latest development is the Kleen Kit customized for all types of verticals to provide BSCs, in-house, and internal KleenMark with everything necessary to start, sustain, and increase efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards through A3 and complimentary focus control techniques and technology.
