For several years, electrostatic sprayer (ESS) devices have been used to disinfect surfaces, especially large areas and hard to reach surfaces. With the COVID-19 pandemic, ESS device use has been accelerated in healthcare facilities, schools, and many other commercial facilities.
In 2021, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued “Instructions for Adding Electrostatic Spray Application Directions for Use to Antimicrobial Product Registrations.” It is important and relevant to know the EPA requirements and corresponding approved labels for using chemicals with ESS devices.
In this live, one-hour TIPS webinar, you will learn about:
- The regulatory requirements
- Considerations for selecting the right disinfectant
- Best practices for using ESS devices
- The stakeholder experience with using these products
One CE credit for nurses will also be provided for those attending this live webinar.
