Deming Principles Leadership Virtual Workshop

The Deming Leadership course is an interactive four day / 2-hour educational workshop.  It is designed for those in leadership positions to shift their thinking and actions looking through the Deming lens, from the well-worn path of managing parts and pieces to the direction of managing systems. This workshop is ideal for anyone in a leadership role in any facility and or sector to include all In-house service providers, supervisors, managers, and health professionals in nursing and environmental services departments. 

The class will run from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm (Eastern Time) on January 8, 15, 22, 29  every stated Wednesday. Each class will be two hours long. All classes must be taken to complete the course. 

Registration cost is $899 for Members and $1099 for Non-members.
