CMI Custodial Technician Course

CMI’s Custodial Technician course offers a unique hands-on and lecture-based educational experience intended for cleaning industry professionals & frontline workers. Learn the most efficient & current best practices of daily/routine, interim/periodic, and restorative/periodic cleaning procedures. This course utilizes CMI’s Certified Custodial Technician curriculum hosted by Sunbelt Rentals. To achieve a Certified Custodial Technician (C.C.T), you must attend an in-person training and be compliant with the following criteria:

• Complete all components of the online Certified Custodial Technician Basic & Advanced certification courses.
• Required performance-based measurements for workshop attendees.

• Basic Cleaning of Hard Floor Surfaces
• Basic Cleaning of Carpeted Floor Surfaces
• Basic Cleaning of Restrooms and Shower Rooms
• Advanced Cleaning of Hard Floor Surfaces
• Advanced Cleaning of Carpeted Floor Surfaces
• Advanced Cleaning of Above-Floor Surfaces

Attendees will receive course materials and information from supporting partners. We will follow all recommended pandemic guidelines for a safe learning environment.
