You will receive job descriptions, qualifications, and compensation metrics, as well as practical advice on how to scale the leadership team with revenue projections and your time-freedom objectives.

Derek is also co-founder and Editor in Chief of the online magazine and website, Cleaning Business Today and an investor in home cleaning companies that operate in St. Louis, Portland, and Atalanta. Prior to his career as a serial entrepreneur, Derek spent twelve years at P&G working on household cleaning products.
