She will share the key foundational concepts of allyship and how allyship is a journey.\nLearn how gender bias and related “paper cuts” show up in the workplace all too frequently and devalue women. Leverage the framework Kim presents for calling harmful behavior out whether you are advocating for yourself or someone else.\nA 20-year “marketing research veteran,” Kim will also highlight key findings from IWL’s 2023 State of Allyship-in-Action Research. It is the most comprehensive study of what allyship to women looks like in corporate America today and includes the opinions of both women and men.
