Through an interactive intensive and hands on program, participants will acquire both the technical skills required for performing audits of cleaning service and an understanding of the ethical responsibilities associated with this role. By participating in this workshop, attendees will gain the experience to implement key elements of successful cleaning quality assurance programs across diverse customer sites.\nThe workshop includes:\n\nAuditing Concepts: Gain a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of auditing.\nTechnical Skills Development: Acquire the necessary skillset for conducting comprehensive audits.\nLive Audit Practice: Put your skills to the test by assessing cleanliness levels using ATP testing\nQuality Assurance (QA) Tools: Explore essential tools like ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) and IAQ (Indoor Air Quality).\nQA Reporting Insights: Understand the significance of QA reporting and its practical implications.\n\nLumitester Smart which will be used in the workshop is a portable luminometer for ATP Test. The ATP Test (Kikkoman A3) provides easy inspection for cleanliness levels by using LuciPac A3. Rapid verifying sanitation processed onsite can be used as an improvement tool.\nEvery participant will receive a certificate of attendance.
