DESCRIPTION:\nDates: June 7-9, 2022\nTime: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. PST\nISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) Train the Trainer workshop is structured to certify cleaning professionals as Certified Professional Trainers, so they can successfully implement training for their operation. It is a great way to begin effective and high-quality training.\nThe three-day course utilizes the CMI Custodial Technician Basic and Advanced level certification courses as a foundation for the technical skills being implemented. Each day of Train the Trainer will include in-depth discussions and group activities featuring one of CMI’s Master Trainers.\nTrain the Trainer will provide you an understanding of what tools are needed to be an effective trainer. Each module within the Certified Custodial Technician is drilled down in depth with a strong focus on the implementation of a proper training program for your staff.\nOver the course of the three days, groups of attendees will be assembled to create presentations based on their specific module. It will be the group’s responsibility to develop a presentation utilizing CMI’s content and deliver the message to the rest of the class. After the workshop concludes, each attendee will receive access to take the final online exam to be completed within a 60-day time frame. The passing grade per module is 80 percent.
