Even though, to avoid conflict of interest, the mold industry is broken into these two professions, NORMI™ teaches both in the same room in this course because assessors need to know how to do remediation and remediators need to understand the assessment process when a third-part assessor is not onsite. This unique training approach is called “concurrent training” and has proven very successful, especially with the hands-on segments we include. This is a three-day course and designed to put the student on a pathway to success in running his own business or being the best employee he can be.\nOnce trained, the student may sit for either or both proctored examinations (CMA & CMR) after paying a separate examination/certification fee.
