DESCRIPTION:Join us in Vegas for this highly interactive Training Event. \nSeating is limited!\nISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) Train the Trainer workshop is structured to certify cleaning professionals as Certified Professional Trainers, enabling them to successfully implement training within their operations. This program is an excellent starting point for establishing effective and high-quality training.\nThe 2-day course leverages the CMI Custodial Technician Basic and Advanced level certification courses as the foundation for the technical skills being imparted. Each day of the Train the Trainer workshop includes in-depth discussions and group activities led by one of CMI’s Master Trainers.\nDuring the course, participants will undergo comprehensive training, including:\n\nIn-depth Discussions into each module within the CPT curriculum.\nGroup Activities that are designed to enhance understanding and practical application.\n\nTrain the Trainer aims to provide participants with the necessary tools to become effective trainers. Each module of the Certified Custodial Technician program is explored in detail, with a strong emphasis on implementing proper training programs for your staff.\nFinal Examination\nAfter the conclusion of the workshop, attendees will receive access to an online final exam, which must be completed within a 60-day period.
